Compton

Compton is in Los Angeles County and is mainly known for being the home of rappers Dr. Dre and NWA, and sisters Serena and Venus Williams. Considered to be part of the infamous "South-Central" part of Los Angeles, the common perception of this city is that it is rather dangerous. While the gang violence may not have much relevance to visitors to the city, do not draw attention to yourself by making sudden U-turns, which can be interpreted as a precursor to a drive-by shooting.
